Just a short blog post this evening, as I relax ahead of Ironman 70.3 Musselman tomorrow.  I am feeling good and the weather looks like it will be good tomorrow. 

The water in the lake is still quite cold, so we will almost certainly have a wetsuit swim.  The swim course also stays closer to shore this year, so hopefully the water will not be as choppy as last year.

Earlier this afternoon, I drove the new bike course.  It looks to be a little flatter this year, and for the most part, the roads are in good condition.  We saw crews out there, patching the road in areas where the surface was a little more sketchy.

Nothing left for me to do now except try and get a good nights sleep.  We need to leave the accommodation we are at, by 4.00am tomorrow.  We have a bit of a drive to get to the race location.
