Relaxing in my hotel room after finishing Ironman 70.3 Musselman today.  I am about to go to sleep, so just a short blog today.

I honestly don’t think I could have achieved a better result today.  My training ahead of the race was far from ideal, so crossing the line with a chip time of 05:22:19 made me very happy.  That time was a PR for the 70.3 distance, by about 25 minutes.

I will be writing a full report for my Ironman 70.3 Musselman race within the next week.  For now however, I need to sleep !
