When it comes to training for triathlons, consistency is everything. I am very consistent with my training, and I guess that has rubbed off on me, when it come to my daily blog post. Today marks daily blog post number 1,000 !!!!
I have missed the odd day or two along the way, but I have been writing a daily blog post about my triathlon journey, for almost three straight years. When I started blogging, I couldn’t imagine finding a hundred things to write about, let alone a thousand; yet here we are.
I try hard to write about lots of different things, and hopefully I have achieved that over the past three years. I have covered all aspects of training and racing, the ups and downs from an emotional perspective, good days and bad. Subjects as varied as what I eat, my injuries, my races and equipment I use have popped up along the way.
I know I don’t have a huge number of followers (I would love more, if you know anyone who might learn something from my daily ramblings), but there are a lot of you have followed along for a long time. I truly appreciate you reading my blog, and I hope that I have helped you on your journey, in some small way.
